Ladies Tees Golf Enthusiast Ambassador Terms & Conditions

Agreement: By checking the "I Agree" box and submitting your application to the Ladies Tees Golf Enthusiast Ambassador Program, you (“Partner”) agree to the following terms governing your relationship with Ladies Tees LLC (“Company”).

1.PROMOTION & OBLIGATIONS - As a voluntary member of the Ladies Tees Ambassador program, the Partner agrees to:

  • Promotion: Actively promote the brand to their personal network, local golf leagues, and social circles. Pass out product catalogs and promotional items as appropriate. 
  • Content: Post 2+ times a month on instagram/Tiktok (story or gridpost) when wearing the apparel and tag Ladies Tees account.
  • Asset Transfer: Upload all raw, high-resolution media assets to the Company database within 72 hours of creation but no less than monthly.

2. COMPENSATION & AFFILIATE RULES - As sole consideration for the marketing services rendered above, the Company shall provide:

  • Affiliate Discount & Commission: Company shall provide a 10% follower/friends discount and a 15% cash commission on net retail sales generated via Partner’s custom tracking mechanics (link or discount code), distributed monthly on the 1st.
  • Wholesale Referral: A one-time $200 cash bonus per verified pro shop or other retail store introduction resulting in a cleared opening order (minimum 12 units).
  • Restrictions: Partner shall not upload custom codes to public coupon directory websites (e.g., Honey, RetailMeNot) or utilize codes for self-referrals. Violation results in immediate code deactivation and forfeiture of pending commissions.

3. RIGHTS, COVENANTS, & TERMINATION - Partner grants Company royalty-free license to utilize, edit, and distribute all shared assets across corporate digital and marketing channels:

  • Media Rights: Partner grants Company a royalty-free license to utilize their name, likeness, and video assets for advertising purposes for a minimum of one (1) year. 
  • Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, for any reason, with immediate effect upon written notice via email or text, whereupon active tracking mechanics will be deactivated.
